What would be possible if you embraced what makes you unique?
We work with individuals, couples, and teams who want to unlock their full potential.
I am passionate about those things that bring humans alive: purpose and soulfulness, the empowerment to enact those purposes, the pure joy of being.
That is my realm of expertise and what I have been cultivating and practicing all my life. In addition to certification and training in the Mandala model, 20 years of mindfulness practices and meditation have offered me the capacity and strength to stay in contact with what is essential in me and others:
what is the deep treasure in you that wants to be?
A decade of interpersonal work and trainings, including certifications in somatic healing, Integral interpersonal facilitation, and a Masters in communications, have solidified mypassion and innate sense of how to support profound human relationships, healing, and growth.
I’m passionate about helping emerging leaders create and live from a place of clarity, self-knowledge and integrity.
My path to facilitation and the Mandala model wove through high finance and community-led system change, bringing a familiarity with the rigors of a fast-moving workplace, as well as the soul-searching process of leaving comfortable structure and creating a life driven by what I find truly essential.
I was trained and certified in the Mandala model by Dr. Roger Strachan, at the Center for Creative Choice, as well as receiving certification in interpersonal facilitation from the Integral Center in Boulder, Colorado. My background includes training in Gestalt and Integral psychology, a deep dive into Western wisdom traditions at Princeton and Oxford Universities, and work in systems thinking and design.
“The task of (inner work) is to restore regard for what one is so poignantly, as to be at the starting point for what one would like to be”

"I've seen many approaches as a psychologist and an executive to self-awareness and self-development, and theirs is unique in honoring and supporting the complexity of who we are.
In their work I found relevance to the current situations in life from every perspective, from self-understanding, decision-making, and familial and intimate relationships to professional challenges."
Co-founder and CEO of Mosaic (Solar Financing)
"Few things are more important than getting to know yourself and be yourself. Working with Jake and Stefania led me to understand the different aspects of myself that sometimes work in concert and sometimes work against myself. Being able to have awareness around this has led to strong breakthroughs and realizations that have changed my life."
Former Management Associate at Bridgewater Associates
"Jake and Stefania are wizards of understanding and distilling the human experience — their focus & clarity of purpose is inspiring, and when applied to the practice of solving for the x of life helps put language to longing and drive to inchoate desire. For anyone looking to cut past the spirt crystal fluff, chart a vision and begin the labor of shaping one's view and sense of being in the world their practice will be a sharp beginning."
Professor of Climatology at the University of Colorado, Boulder
"It was a fascinating discovery to create my Mandala with Jake and Stefania. They have a gift for seeing, distilling and extracting the truth in people, arriving at a level of understanding and clarity far beyond what I thought was even possible. This experience has changed how I relate to the world around me, and how I relate to myself."
